Bottled Water

Sunrise Springs Water Company delivers to all of Northeast Ohio. Call toll free 1-800-346-9009 with your specific area or contact us through our website.

Yes, you can pick up your water at any of our Sunrise Springs Water Company locations or from one of our distributors.

Generally water weighs around 8.345lbs per gallon or 42lbs for a 5-gallon bottle

Sunrise Springs Water Company accepts checks, credit cards, or cash as payment.

If paying with cash: Payment can be given to the driver at the time of delivery or brought into one of our locations. We do not recommend you send cash in the mail.

If paying with check: Checks can be mailed to our PO Box 232, Newbury, OH 44065 or given to your driver at the time of delivery.

If paying with credit card: Credit cards can be processed over the phone, with your driver, or on our website once you set up an account using your account number and zip code. We can also automatically charge your credit card for your convenience after each delivery.

To get set up an account you will initially need your account number and billing zip code to get started. Then Click here to go through the process of setting up an account. You will be guided through to make a username and password for your account.

Use the “Existing Customer” side if you are set up on deliveries and have an account number.

There are multiple benefits to setting up an account online including being able to pay your bill online and with ease, seeing when your next delivery date is, seeing past invoicing, and receiving monthly specials.

Cleaning bottled water coolers once a year is sufficient for most coolers. Sunrise Springs offers cleaning of water coolers for a small fee, and we will leave you a temporary cooler while yours is getting cleaned!

We also provide thorough cooler cleaning instructions if you want to clean your water cooler yourself.

At Sunrise Springs we strive to be efficient while still satisfying customers. We do currently require a 3 bottle minimum delivery. We have route schedules to fit individual needs. Our schedules range from once per week to call as needed. We have a route for any customer.

You can skip any water delivery not needed and there is no fee to do so. You will still be charged your monthly rental fee if applicable. Be sure you have enough water to make it till your next scheduled delivery to avoid service charges.

For our customers convenience we can deliver these items at the same time as your regular water delivery. Contact us if you would like to add softener salt or any other products to your next delivery!

Each cap on our bottle water is equipped with a plug to help put the bottle on the cooler. Sometimes this plug comes dislodged and floats in the water bottle. This is nothing to be concerned about. The caps are sanitary and will not affect the quality or taste of the water.


Water Treatment

On average, you want to fill your brine tank to about ½ to ¾ the way full with softener salt.

A good rule of thumb is to change your water filter every 4 weeks or when there is a decrease in flow rate.

Large amounts of iron can cause staining. Contact us the water experts at Sunrise Springs for help fixing this!

Even if you have a home water treatment system, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) recommends you test your drinking water at least once a year. At Sunrise Springs Water Company we are happy to provide free water testing for residents of Northern Ohio.

If there is an odor in the water, or your water takes on an unpleasant taste, it's most likely time to replace your water filter. There could also be a gradual decrease in water pressure, which signals the need for a new one.

Both reverse osmosis water and distillation are methods of water purification. 

With Reverse osmosis water treatment, water is passed through multiple stages of filtration stripping it of all the minerals. In the final filtration stage, healthy minerals are added back into the water. 

Distilled water, on the other hand, is also purified water, but no minerals are added to the water.


Bulk Water

Each of our tankers holds about 4,000 gallons. We can deliver any amount of water, large or small. Contact us for a pricing quote or check out our helpful water volume calculator!

Sunrise Springs water company takes pride in effective service and typically delivers within 1-2 days of you placing your water delivery order. However, in the summer months there is a higher demand for water deliveries, so this can affect delivery times. Contact us today to get the soonest available delivery time.

Or calculate the volume of your pool or hot tub with the formulas provided below: 

Round  Pools: 3.14 × radius2 × depth × 7.5 = volume (gallons)

Oval Pool : long diameter x short diameter x average depth x 5.9

Rectangle or Square Pool: First calculate the average depth of the pool: (shallow depth + deep depth) / 2 = average depth

Then use the formula: Length x width x average depth x 7.5 = volume (gallons)

Generally, a large pool needs to be drained and refilled once every five to seven years due to increased chemical levels, total dissolved solids, and bacteria. Contact Sunrise Springs for information on our bulk pool water deliveries!

It is recommended to drain and refill a hot tub with fresh water once every three months. Surprisingly, just 2 people in a 500 gallon hot tub are equal to about 100 people in a large in-ground pool. Contact Sunrise Springs for information on our bulk water deliveries!
